## What it does

- **Curator** — reads what happens at each property and drafts what should
  happen next. Nothing is sent or changed without the owner's approval.
- **WhatsApp** — one WhatsApp Business number per account, connected through
  Meta's own sign-in. Guests message it; the Curator drafts replies.
- **Properties** — each property carries its calendars from Airbnb,
  Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Trip.com and Agoda, plus one link that blocks dates
  on every platform when a booking lands on any of them.
- **WiFi router** — each property can connect its router so the Curator can
  see the devices on its network.
